LUXTRA loves to champion talented women pursuing their passion. When we heard about Rachel Joy Price - a lettering artist based between London and Paris - we were immediately enraptured by her work and colourful flair.

We joined creative forces with Rachel so that you can personalise your LUXTRA piece to make them even more special. Rachel can hand paint your initials in the colours of your choice.

How it works

1) Head to our dedicated personalisation collection and see what takes your fancy. When you've made your choice, select your desired product colour and click "add to cart", as per the below screenshot.

2) Check out as usual, letting us know in the "notes section" the 2 letters and 3 colours you would like on your item, or simply tell us that you'd like to be contacted to discuss.

3) We will contact you by email if we have any questions desired initials, colours and placement on your product. Please note the font style is set as per the images above.

4) We send your product to Rachel, who will work her magic within 7-10 business days.

5) Once your customised piece is ready, LUXTRA will then ship your product from Rachel to you. There are no additional delivery charges to pay.

6) Enjoy your new masterpiece!

FAQs

Why does it cost so much?

A few reasons: LUXTRA is all about supporting women in business, so we're delighted to be bringing Rachel's beautiful and highly skilled talents to a new audience. Rachel sets the price for her work and we believe it is a very a fair price given her talents. Sure, other companies offer "cheap" (maybe even free) customisation - but they're done by machine, not by a living, breathing creative soul.

All monies go to Rachel and covering the cost of postage to and from her studio. LUXTRA does not take a cut.

Please note that discounts do not apply on customised pieces.

Can Rachel paint full words and / or symbols?

We can definitely ask her. Please email us at [email protected] to discuss further.

How long does it take?

Normally Rachel can complete an order with 5-7 business days. When adding on a day either side for postage to and from her studio, it can take up to 10 business days for us to receive your product back. We then post it out to you, so please keep these timings in mind.

My discount code isn't working?

Due to the custom nature of these pieces, we are sadly unable to offer a discount. Thank you for your understanding.

What if I change my mind?

Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns on personalised products, so please make your choice carefully!
